Terms and Conditions

A minimum deposit of 50% is required on orders for Complete Home Packages or their components (henceforth referred to as CHP).

All outstanding balances for CHPs must be received in Imperial’s bank account no less than 7 days prior to installation; failure to do so may result in the package installation date being postponed.

If a CHP installation is postponed by the customer within 48 hours of the agreed installation date an additional installation fee of €495 will be charged.

CHPs cannot be booked for installation/delivery until the property is officially owned by the customer and water and electric services are available. Customers must be aware that it is their responsibility to ensure that the property is in a correct situation for Imperial to deliver goods (from the date of signing for the property the normal lead time is approximately 6-8 weeks for installation).

Entry to view the property and to complete the installation must be made available to Imperial. If an agent or developer holds the keys to the property, the client is responsible for ensuring that written confirmation has been supplied to the agent/developer for representatives of Imperial Furniture being able to obtain entry to the property.

Non-stock items/Special orders will only be placed with the manufacturers once the full 50% deposit is received. Please allow up to 16 weeks for special order items to arrive.

Soft Furnishing

Costs quoted for made-to-measure curtains are estimated only and may be changed after accurate measurements have been taken by Imperial's curtain fitters. Measurements and ordering of all curtain fabrics can only be processed once keys are made available and a deposit for 50% has been received in Imperial’s bank account. The curtains will then be installed approximately 4 weeks after this date.

All curtain poles are standard wood (selection of colours available) unless otherwise requested by the customer at an additional cost. All curtain headings are pencil pleats unless otherwise requested by the customer at an additional cost.
